MERCHANDISE

All merchandise is custom made to order and will normally ship within 7 days of order. If a base garment or item is out of stock it may ship within 14 days or an alternative product or refund may be offered. Items are all shipped with a tracked service. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 working days, please check your email SPAM folder or contact us and we will advise you of your tracking number.

Unfortunately merchandise items are custom made to order and are therefore unable to be returned or refunded.

GUITARS & BASSES

Guitars will ship via DHL Express within 3 working days of the receipt of your order payment. The delivery time is typically 2-to-4 working days from the time of shipment. The shipping charges are included in the price of the guitar. A tracking number will be issued once the order is processed and ready to ship.  If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 working days, please check your email  SPAM folder or contact us.

Guitars ordered through our website are shipped by air from our warehouse in Japan with a DHL Express.

All Caparison guitars are covered by a full 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with any instrument purchased within the 12-month time of purchase, please contact us directly to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

We have a 14-day return policy for our production guitars, as long as it is returned in all of the original packaging and in the condition it was received (i.e. no wear and tear or obvious signs of use). There is a 10% restocking fee for "no fault" returns.

Please note that our 14-day return policy only applies to stock production guitars purchased through our website. Returns and shipments that are returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus our two way shipping costs and any associated fees, undelivered items can be redelivered subject to a redelivery fee.
