Elegant, sophisticated and sturdy, the Caparison Dellinger II Prominence represents the coming together of cutting-edge playability and comfort, with the skill and precision of traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
The bolt-on, 648mm (25.5 inch) scale, 24-fret neck provides comfort, with the matt urethane finish providing speed and 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck delivering strength. The three-part M3 Body Construction (Mahogany/Maple/Mahogany) supplies the Dellinger II Prominence with a dynamic and balanced timbre. Individual notes are well defined, whilst chords ring out with hefty authority. This is also afforded by the improved PH-Rm and PH-Fm pickups, with a true push-pull coil-tap incorporated into the tone pot.
It is said that with such simplicity comes beauty. The Dellinger II Prominence fools with its seemingly simplistic first impressions, but underneath the hood is a dynamic and articulate 6-string powerhouse. Finally, the demanding musician has the perfect platform to create weapons-grade riffs and licks.

When can I expect to receive my guitar order?
Guitars will ship from our warehouse in Japan via DHL Express within 3 working days of the receipt of your order payment. The delivery time is typically 3-to-5 working days from the time of shipment. The shipping charges are included in the price of the guitar. A tracking number will be issued once the order is processed and ready to ship.
What is included with the guitars?
All Caparison guitars come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by our lead designer upon passing final inspection, a Caparison Owner’s Manual, and necessary tools to adjust the bridge hardware.
Most models include a Caparison Branded Reunion Blues Continental Case. Some extended range models, such as the Orbit and Apple Horn 8 come with a fitted Caparison hard case.

Will there be any customs charges to pay?
Guitars ordered through our website are shipped by air from our warehouse in Japan with a DHL Express DDP service (Delivery Duty Paid). Customs import duty, fees and sales taxes are factored into the purchase price and pre-paid by us, there will be no additional cost to the buyer when the guitar arrives.

Is my guitar covered by a warranty?
All Caparison guitars are covered by a full 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with any instrument purchased within the 12-month time of purchase, please contact us directly to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

Can I return my guitar?
We have a 14-day return policy for our production guitars, as long as it is returned in all of the original packaging and in the condition it was received (i.e. no wear and tear or obvious signs of use).
Please note that our 14-day return policy only applies to production guitars purchased through our website. Returns and shipments that are returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus our two way shipping costs and any associated fees or can be redelivered subject to a redelivery fee.
Can I see a photo of my guitar before I buy?
Unfortunately, we do not have each guitar photographed. Some hand painted finishes and figured wood tops can vary from the sample photos seen on our website.
