After the Caparison Custom Works Guitar application form is completed and submitted, we will contact you regarding the design and discuss any issues/amendments that may be necessary at this point.
Please take the time to ensure that you are satisfied with your proposed design before sending your application, as any amendments after the first consultation will be limited.
Once the design is finalised, and the cost of the guitar is calculated, a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to commence production. No other changes to the design will be possible at this point.
The average build time is estimated at 12 months, however, if there is any change in the expected build time (due to the complexity of the design, material sourcing etc.) we will contact you accordingly.
Please note, the price of a Caparison Custom Works Guitar starts at $6500(USD)
If you cancel the Custom Works build before completion of the instrument, the 50% deposit taken will not be refunded. You are in acknowledgment of these terms when the 50% deposit is paid prior to the start of the build.
After the Caparison Custom Works Guitar is completed, an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued to you. As soon as this payment is received, then the instrument will be sent to you, via free shipping.
The final balance must be paid within 30 days of the build completion, failure to do so will result in the loss of your 50% deposit, plus the guitar will be moved into stock.
Caparison Custom Works Guitars are non-returnable. However, any unforeseen defects/faults etc. that may arise are covered by the standard Caparison Guitars Warranty.
