The Caparison Dellinger-MJR is based upon the regular Caparison Dellinger II that Michael previously used. Modifications at Michaels request have been made with particular attention being paid to the unique neck grip that is the result of extensive research and development. Michael tested several pre-production and sample necks before finalising the design, with the chosen design enabling him to execute the fast phrases he is renowned for accurately and smoothly.
Other custom features include a natural, inlay-free Maple fingerboard and DiMarzio pickups that add a unique character to the Dellinger's sound.
